Working sessions with key personnel designated by the client. This is where cloud process engineering merges with the client's inherent market knowledge.

Ensure a friction-free implementation and leave the business fully operational.
Continuity Model:
A proposal for ongoing external assistance to monitor the technology platform and processes. The commercial structure for this phase remains flexible and open to negotiation, allowing for either a flat recurring retainer or a performance-based variable scheme (percentage of gross sales, gross profit, or net profit) depending on how heavily the business goals rely on the technology stack.
Final system procurements are executed, and technical management with vendors is fully handled, leveraging established relationships and industry experience.

Ensure a friction-free implementation and leave the business fully operational.
Continuity Model:
